Auditions open until March 17th

According to the clock, we're now 10 minutes past the deadline.  However, the Host just got back from work and it will take her a couple hours to get everything together, so if you have any last-minute entries, now would be the time to submit them!!  Send a note to the Host, RobinRone to apply!  Once this journal is updated with the list of auditions, no more entries will be accepted.  If you are concerned about being able to finish on time, please see the information below regarding incomplete entries.  Best of luck!

AUDITIONS OPEN UNTIL MARCH 17th!   

Entries will be accepted until Wednesday, March 17th, 2010 at 24:00:00 UTC - Internet Clock of UTC.  Auditions must meet the requirements outlined in the Audition Guidelines AND the Character Sheet Guidelines to qualify.  DON’T FORGET TO NOTE THE HOST TO SUBMIT YOUR ENTRY! We will reply with a confirmation that your entry has been received, or a notice that you must resubmit if the entry does not meet the requirements

  INCOMPLETE ENTRIES - For those of you who may just be joining us and don’t know if you’ll have the time to apply, be aware that you are allowed to submit incomplete entries if you need to (see the Late Policy for more details).  They will be graded with a penalty, as compared to a complete entry, but if your character depth and creative ideas are strong enough to stand on their own, you may still be able to get in.  At minimum, you must have (1) a completed character sheet (information only.  Image not required) and (2) a summary of what the story portion of your audition would have included.  INCOMPLETE ENTRIES SHOULD ONLY BE SUBMITTED AS A LAST RESORT.
**EDIT:  The character Image portion of the reference sheet is considered the LEAST important element of your audition.  If you submit a completed profile and story, but without an image, you will NOT be penalized for it!  You'll just need to get one up before the start of Round One in April.**

  VOLUNTEER ARTISTS - Need an artist for your Character Reference Sheet?  We have put together a list of amazing and wonderful volunteers who are willing to work with you to make character sketches to match your prose. Some are willing to work out of the kindness of their hearts (marked as Volunteers) and others for a reasonable commission fee (marked as Commission) according to their terms.
